How we’re set up
We employ the people we place.
Our staff are employed by Rizqad in Pakistan and work UK business hours. They are our employees, on our payroll, and they work with you directly — you get their work and their hours without becoming anyone’s employer.
Rizqad is a managed service, not a marketplace. You won’t find people to browse or contact on this site. When you tell us a role, we send a shortlist privately — vetted by us, employed by us, and working with you directly once they start.
