The line we hold
Support staff, not a practice.
For accounting, legal and compliance work we provide trained support staff who work under your team’s direction and review. We are not a law firm or an accountancy practice, and we do not provide advice — your qualified people stay accountable for the work that leaves your door.
Our staff are employed by Rizqad in Pakistan and work UK business hours. They are our employees, on our payroll, and they work with you directly — you get their work and their hours without becoming anyone’s employer.

Scaling
One person or a whole back office.
Most clients start with one role and add a second once they see the output. The fee is per person, per month, so scaling up or down is a conversation rather than a renegotiation — and there is no long-term contract to unwind. Across the 59 roles above, bookkeeping and customer service are the two most common places Rizqad starts.

The things everyone asks first.
Who actually employs the person?
We do. Every member of staff is employed by Rizqad, on our payroll, and we handle the contracts, the tax and the compliance that goes with that. Day to day they work with you directly — you tell them what needs doing and they get on with it, without you becoming anyone’s employer.
What does it cost?
One flat fee per person, per month. No recruitment fee, no placement fee, and no long-term contract to unwind. We quote against the actual role on the call, because a bookkeeper and a paralegal are not the same job and a single headline number would be wrong for one of them.
Can I see people before I commit?
Yes. We send 2–3 profiles privately, you speak to whoever you like, and your pick starts on a two-week trial doing real work before anything is committed. There is no database to browse on this site and there never will be — the sifting is the part we do for you.
What if they’re not the right fit?
Tell us and we replace them, free. That is the point of the trial, and it is also why the staff are ours rather than yours: swapping someone out is our administrative problem, not a redundancy process you have to run.
Do you do accounting and legal work?
We provide trained support staff for it. They work under your qualified team’s direction and review — drafting, research, administration and preparation. Rizqad is not a law firm or an accountancy practice, and we do not provide advice. Your own qualified people stay accountable for whatever leaves your door.
How much of my time does this take?
A brief at the start, an interview if you want one, and then the ordinary business of working with someone. There is no payroll to run, no HR policy to write, no annual leave to track and no contract to renew. Anything about the work, you raise with them directly, and we stay alongside for everything that comes with employing them.
